Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your craneandsnake purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@craneandsnake.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
